Do you offer pick up and delivery?yes. we offer pick up and delivery for orders of 5 pairs or more.
Can I ship my sneakers to you?absolutely. we accept mail in orders from anywhere. customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from d’s sneaker laundry.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?Bulk order discounts may be available on a case-by-case basis. Because every pair requires specialized products, time, and attention, discounts are rarely offered and depend on the condition and quantity of the sneakers. send us an email to see if you qualify for a bulk order.
Can you make my sneakers look brand new?While we can't guarantee your sneakers will look brand new, we are committed to delivering the best possible results. Every pair is treated with expert care and restoration techniques to significantly improve its appearance while preserving the integrity of the materials. check out our before and after gallery on our homepage to see our work.
What is your turnaround time?1-3 pairs: 3-5 business days
4-20 pairs: 1-2 weeks
restoration services: 4-8 weeks
Do you offer same day or rush service?yes! Same-day and next-day rush service is available for an additional $25 per pair.

Sneaker cleaning, restoration, and customization involve inherent risks, especially with aged, delicate, suede, leather, knit, painted, dyed, or designer materials. While every pair is handled with professional care and attention, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
D’s Sneaker Laundry is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened materials, glue separation, cracking, fading, discoloration, oxidation, yellowing, shrinkage, dye migration, or other unforeseen issues that may occur during or after the cleaning or restoration process.
Certain stains, odors, scuffs, yellowing, and signs of wear may be permanent and may not be fully removable. In the rare event of damage or loss, liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service or $150 per pair, whichever is less.
Customers are responsible for retrieving completed items within 30 days of notification. Items not claimed within 90 days will be considered abandoned, and ownership rights will be relinquished to D’s Sneaker Laundry.
